IPDAS is licensed to an unlimited number of users.  The pricing is based upon the number of  full-time equivalent (FTE) timekeepers at your firm or the number of attorneys, agents, and paralegals at your corporation.

Our clients sign a three-year agreement, which locks in their price for this term.  The agreement can be cancelled without penalty after the first or second year anniversary.

The annual, all-inclusive rate includes the initial installation, integration with your docketing and document management systems, on-site training, on-going updates, product enhancements, and Help Desk support (9 a.m.  - 7 p.m. EST).

The annual rate is based upon the number of FTE timekeepers at your firm or corporation.

A timekeeper is any person (e.g., attorney, agent, paralegal) that bills time doing patent or trademark prosecution work.
