When opening a new client or matter, you can run a conflicts report by searching IPDAS dockets for a keyword in patent titles, abstracts, citations, or trademark titles. You can also search for a person or entity (e.g., applicants, assignees, clients, contacts, inventors, or licensees). Summary reports are available in MS®-Word or MS®-Excel.

Search across your entire database for a keyword in the patent title or abstract.
KEYWORD SEARCHING: YOUR CITATIONS
Search by keyword in the title and full-text of all U.S. and foreign patents stored in your database, or limit your search to only those patents of specific clients. You can also search the titles or full text stored in the Search Text field of non-patent literature documents.
NARROWING SEARCH BY TECHNOLOGY TYPE
Narrow your search by keyword in the titles and abstracts of cases within a technology category.
